Claudio Sopranzetti's "The King of Bangkok" wins another prize, the Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Bronze Medal Award in the Graphic Novels section.

INDIES Book of the Year Awards recognizes the best books published in 2021 from small, independent, and university presses.
For this year’s competition, over 2,700 entries were submitted in 55 categories, with Foreword’s editors choosing approximately 10 finalists per genre. Those finalists were then delivered to individual librarians and booksellers tasked with picking the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honorable Mention winners.

The King of Bangkok has just been named a finalist in the Graphic Novels & Comics category of the 2021 Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Awards.

Finalists are chosen by the Foreword Reviews editorial team, and winners are chosen by librarians and booksellers across the US.
